This course covers the needs and expectations of failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) in line within the requirements of IATF 16949. Both process and design FMEA's are covered using the original AIAG Guidance Manual. Using a case study or the organisations real products and processes the delegates can work through constructing a FMEA.
